The Importance of Communication & Trust When Building a Dynamic Culture

Over the past few weeks, I’ve had some really wonderful conversations with leaders about culture. Everyone wants to be part of a dynamic culture. Unfortunately, not every organization has one. One of the reasons is the lack of trust and open communication among their team.

If you lead or are part of a team, you understand the importance of communication and trust. When we come to work every day, we want to feel valued, supported and heard. We want to feel comfortable sharing ideas and collaborating with each other. A dynamic culture can only be built where trust and open communication exist.

One of the best things you can do for your team is to create a coaching culture. When we are part of this type of environment, every on the team does their best work. I shared my thoughts in this short video. I hope you find it helpful.

My team and I would love to see you at our next training, Don't Just Manage, Coach! on April 4th. Details here: https://www.floydconsulting.com/cstraining
