Dream Managers Improve Company Culture

Updated: Jul 31, 2019

The Dream Manager system is designed to help people become the-best-version-of-themselves. When your people are working on achieving their personal dreams, they show up to work differently. Since it helps them start to become more engaged in their personal life, they also become more engaged at work.

We love hearing the stories from our Certified Dream Managers. We get to work with incredible organizations who understand the importance of helping their people achieve their dreams.

Sarah Boltz is the CEO of Corporate Building Services. She recently became a certified Dream Manager. With over 800 employees, like most companies, she is challenged with attracting and retaining amazing people. She also thinks a lot about ways to increase employee engagement and create a great company culture. Which is why she decided to invest in Dream Manager certification. In fact, Art Morales, one of her team members, joined her during certification in order to get the program rolling.

Although it has only been a few months since implementing the Dream Manager, some of the things they have experienced so far include:

  • Employees have a more positive attitude

  • Communication has improved dramatically

  • People are excited about their dreams

Sarah said one of the most surprising things she discovered was that people do not give themselves permission to dream. By giving them permission to take some time each month to focus on becoming  the-best-version-of-themselves, they have a new appreciation for their work.

She’s excited about the impact The Dream Manager has made so far. In addition to the experiences listed above, she also said how exciting it is to see their willingness to work together in ways they have never done before. She has no doubt this system will increase productivity, engagement, loyalty, and more.

What’s Sarah’s advice if you’re thinking about hiring a Dream Manager? Just do it. We couldn’t have said it better ourselves.
