Overview:  Floyd Consulting is looking to expand its team. Seeking an individual to perform various office business duties full-time in North Palm Beach, FL. Candidates need to have a “can do” attitude, a desire to assume greater responsibility, and have the ability to work well within a team.

 

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 

  • Assisting with calendar planning, scheduling, travel coordination, and meeting logistics

  • Understanding and anticipating needs of team members and office, running errands, and placing orders for supplies 

  • Performing general administrative duties: copying, mailing and filing

  • Sourcing, hiring and overseeing all vendor and contract work

  • Preparation of orders and order fulfillment

  • Maintain an orderly filing system

  • Conducting research for special projects 

  • Additional responsibilities pertaining to assistant work as needed and requested

 

What you need:

  • Strong command of English language; both verbal and written 

  • Excellent references required from both current and previous employers

  • Exceptional organizational skills and dedication to responsibilities; prioritization and efficiency a MUST

  • Fast learner with ability to easily grasp and understand new concepts

  • Incredibly tech and computer savvy; proficiency in both Mac and PC systems, including but not limited to Office, Excel, Internet, and Outlook, etc. 

  • Valid Driver’s License; confident driver with zero points on license; willing and able to drive as needed

 

 

Location:

The position will be located in North Palm Beach, FL. The successful candidate will be in the area or willing to relocate.
