NEW YORK TIMES BEST SELLING AUTHOR MATTHEW KELLY ANNOUNCES PLANS TO RELEASE HIS MOST ANTICIPATED BOOK YET, THE DREAM MANAGER

(Chicago, Illinois) November 1, 2006 – Management consultant Matthew Kelly announced today plans to publish a book entitled The Dream Manager in the fall of 2007.  While written in the format of fiction, the book will contain the insights and secrets that Floyd Consulting has been helping clients implement in a range of businesses from Fortune 500 companies to privately held enterprises. 

While corporate America seems obsessed with the cost and effects of turnover, Kelly proposes and demonstrates that the greater enemy of profitability and efficiency is disengagement.  With one bold idea, The Dream Manager reveals the secret to taming turnover and increasing employee engagement.

The Dream Manager will be published by Hyperion and is scheduled to hit bookstores in the fall of 2007, though an official release date is yet to be set.
