Despised by many, tolerated at best by most, HR has had a negative stigma attached to it for decades. But now that companies are beginning to realize the real cost of turnover, with some experts estimating that cost at 150% of annual compensation, corporate leaders are looking for someone to turn to…in many ways the Dream Manager Program provides what the HR connection between employer and employee was originally intended to provide. Much more than tallying sick days and granting permission for vacation time, the HR department is responsible for convincing team members that the organization is concerned about their individual well-being. It will take a radical new approach to convince employees. But once convinced, they become a new caliber of worker.
