The Dream Manager Program - For Individuals
 
At the core, one of Floyd’s services is the Dream Manager Program. The Program is designed to help participants identify their dreams in the following twelve areas: character, physical, emotional, intellectual, spiritual, psychological, material, professional, financial, creative, adventure, and legacy. While Floyd works primarily to introduce this program as part of the culture of companies and organizations, in response to increasing demand, we also offer the Dream Manager Program for individuals outside of the workplace.

Dream Manager Training and Workshop Experiences
One of the most powerful ways to connect with the Dream Manager concept is through a Floyd-sponsored training event or workshop experience. During these interactive “Living The Dream” experiences you will learn more about the Dream Manager concept, how to apply it to your personal life and how to share it with your team, colleagues, clients, and family. The content is designed so that you can apply it to your own life and then teach it to others. Activities, worksheets, and ideas are all shared so that you can have a Dream Manager “toolkit” to share the concepts with others when you return from the event.

Attending a Dream Manager Training event with Floyd you will allow you to:

• Be able to conduct a Dream Session for your team or company
• Identify your target dreams and create action steps to achieve those dreams
• Have tools to help you guide someone else in identifying their target dreams
• Hear about how The Dream Manager concept is making a powerful impact on individuals, teams, and businesses
• Understand the key attributes for serving others as a Dream Manager
• Know what you need to do to begin implementing the Dream Manager Concept in your organization or with your team

Pre-event preparation and post-event follow-up help you prepare and keep you connected to the concepts while you are working to implement your ideas. Participants also benefit from networking with other individuals and business leaders who are interested in implementing The Dream Manager concept with their teams and businesses.

Additionally, the Floyd team is able to conduct a session that would be closed to the public but offered for just your company, trade association, non-profit, or chamber of commerce membership. Group discounts and event sponsorship opportunities are available if you would like to promote The Dream Manager training experience as part of your business outreach or organizational programming.

Become a Dream Manager
Are you interested in becoming certified as a Dream Manager? Would you like to experience the impact of the official Dream Manager Program in your business or with your clients? Become certified as a Dream Manager and help others experience the official Dream Manager Program. As a Certified Dream Manager you will be able to lead your colleagues, clients, and contacts through the formal Dream Manager Program. You’ll have the benefit of partnering with Floyd for comprehensive training, receive ongoing coaching from an experienced Dream Manager, and will be able to utilize the Dream Manager Program’s proven system for achieving personal success. You may be interested in becoming certified as a Dream Manager if you are a / an:

• Financial planner / consultant
• Life or business coach
• Business owner
• Human resource manager
• Independent consultant
• Human resource benefits provider
• Employee development manager
• Membership coordinator for a non-profit or association
• Someone interested in more formally connecting to the concept and helping others do the same

Dream Manager Certification consists of in-depth personal training with a member of the Floyd team and an ongoing coaching relationship with a Floyd Senior Dream Manager. You’ll begin your certification experience with a two-day training seminar where you’ll learn about the background of The Dream Manager, philosophy behind Program, methodology for the Program, and gain an understanding of your role as a Dream Manager. Following your in-person training you will participate in monthly sessions with a Senior Dream Manager on the Floyd Team to experience the Program as a participant so that you can more confidently present the Program for your participants. You will also schedule time with a member of the Floyd Team to receive coaching tips and follow-up support in advance when you will lead each one of the Program’s sessions.

While Dream Manager Certification sessions are scheduled at periodic times throughout the year at various locations, Floyd can also arrange to conduct a personal or small group certification at your office or in your city.
