Activities

Utilize the 12 Areas of Focus on page 124 and develop your personal dream list.

With a partner or with a small group, share some of the dreams on your dream list. Refer to Floyd Consulting's resource "How To Host a Dream Session" for additional help or ideas.

Identify a partner and commit to helping each other as a Dream Manager. Identify a dream and develop a plan to achieve that dream. Share your dream and action plan with your partner. Agree on a regular time interval to follow-up with each other on your respective dreams.
